where is the handrail on chapter 8?

I can't find this weapon anywhere and i think it's the last one i need because all i need is melee mayhem now. It's either this one or the steam pipe.

I can't find this weapon anywhere and i think it's the last one i need because all i need is melee mayhem now. It's either this one or the steam pipe. I pretty sure thats not the one your missing because you get it on a cut scene when your on the back of the train. Believe me its the handrail

it isnt the handrail, in chap....3 i believe your on the back of the speeding train chasing skx and you pull that off and use it
