When investigating a crime scene, you are asked various questions about it. These can be answered by investing the scene more and more with different tools. Once the questions are answered perfectly, the achievement will unlock.

When fighting an enemy, when you beat him enough and falls on the ground, he will get back up and you will be able to grab him (LT+RT). You must then perform an environmental finishing move and this achievement will unlock.
