why does it say missing acheivments if there all there
what are you sopost to do there?
and why are some black and white?

Achievements are, for lack of a better term, 'found' when they're in color.

That's what you submit in order to be given credit for finding them.

Also, some achievements are missing when they are 'secret' achievements, therefore someone has to achieve them before they can be added to the list.

Yup, to us, a list is still incomplete if we do not have a full color set. Lists are all gray until the achievement get unlocked, then you are awarded the color picture. That's the one we want. :)
