View Full Version : Impossible Achivements on UK katamari?

Well i got my copy of Katamari today, and of course, i knew that to get a fair few achives in the game, you need to download some levels. So i go talk to the mushroom to check marketplace, and all that is listed there is the demo.

So, will the levels be released for UK versions of the game soon?

Yeah... If you follow the US release of the game, it took a month or two for the DLC to be released. Don't get all excited over nothing. Wait for it...

When it was released in the US, we had to wait about two months for the DLC to be ported over from Asia. I don't know if it will take that long to move to the UK, but it will be there eventually.

Check the achievement guide, all sorted in the descriptions for the DLC achievements.

The needed levels will run you about $15.

Just curious about this myself - if you created a US live account would the DLC work with the PAL version? I assume not but just wanted to make sure.

The extra levels come on the disk, the DLC is just a code that unlocks it. Which is lame, but my point is that the code is probably the same. At least, there's a better chance of it working than if your were downloading the content.

Yeah you are supposed to be able to. Others in the US used the Asia DLC and I don't think our disk formats were compatable. As long as you have a US account on your 360 you should be able to download it. Hell, you could probably use the Aisa DLC.

I'm just gonna play it safe and wait for someone else to try it first. Anyone interested? :P

Yeah, you can use the Jap/US DLC with the UK version of this game.

Have you tried this? I've read elsewhere that it doesn't work.
