Ok, So i did the big level where you need to collect a massive katamari and clog up the black hole. After that the credit's rolled. Have i finished the game already or is there something more?

Well you could do the timed mode, get DLC, try to complete the collection, etc. You completed the last level of the game. There is still replay value and DLC to keep you occupied.

I'll have to amuse myself with online then methinks. Short game TBH.

lol The UK doesn't have the DLC yet? Aww man I feel so bad for you guys. To think I was upset about having to wait for the Japan stuff to get to the US...

Aftre clogging up the black hole (Schloss kosmos) you get the Chateau level, where you need to roll up specific category items which changes from time to time. though just getting big enough for the king to be an adult will complete the level.
You can also do time attack modes and compete for the worlds best times if you want to. Or go for 100 point scores (or better!) on each level.
If you are cursed with the UK affliction like me, wait for the new donload levels, i hear there are 6 or 7 of them, perfecting those should add some gameplay time. And then of course there is the 1250 achivement score you can go for
