I noticed after i exited animus and walked up to the doctor guy that i could interact with him and took somethin from his pocket,anybody know what this is and does??

It's his security pen, or whatever they call it. Now you can get out of your room, and look at the computers.

Security code in the closet is for the door that they lock when you get into the room...now you can open it

Just so you know, there's 3 things to get.

Code in your closet. Lets you open your bedroom door so you can explore after they leave.
Pen on the animus terminal. It's sitting next to the computer, it lets you read more of Lucy's emails.
Pen in Doctor's coat. Lets you read the doctor's emails on his computer.

That's there because it says "stop putting it in your pocket."
It's just there so you know to look for his pen.

There's actually a computer in the conference room that you can activate once you get the code for it from of one of the emails on Vidic's computer.

It has a single email on it which reveals a little bit more info but it's nothing necessary.

i love games with story, and a friend told me about his pen but i paid to much attention to the achievemtnets them selfs to look for this. but if i make another play through to fully see the story, when would i be able to take his pen?

You can take the doctors pen whenever he is at the back near his desk looking out the window. When you're behind him, it will say PRESS "B" TO INTERACT (or something like that). Then you press "B" and you can take his pen. His pen lets you read his emails when he and Lucy have left the room (either when they go into another room to talk, or when you enter your bedroom, wait for them to leave, and then go out, if you have the code to open the bedroom door). I took the doctors pen by exiting the Animus while playing as the assassin, he was near his desk looking out the window, telling me to get back on the Animus.

It's not an actual pen. It's some kind of security device that lets the Doctor and Lucy log on to their respective consoles. And it just happens to be shaped like a pen.

I was wondering how do you actually get into the conference room, i have read all of vidic's emails so far (memory block 5 1/2)

I believe that the door code is in one of Lucy's emails. Can someone back me up on that?

That's hilarious! I'm with you! Altair should have did an Leap of Faith stance on the animus and assassinate the doctor with the, "hidden pen". Great story line! If it was real.
