All Presents Achievement Not Awarded

I finally got around to getting the rest of the cousins and presents from the 7 DLC levels. When I finished the last level, I was awarded the All Cousins achievement but I didn't get the one for All Presents. I went around and checked each level and the cake to make sure I had all the presents.

Does anyone know I a way to trigger that achievement since I have all the presents? Of course my wife is rubbing it in my face because she got that achievement the other day.

If you're sure you have them all, you could always go re-download one of the DLC levels and get the present on it again. Re-downloading will reset your cousins/presents/score/etc on it, and maybe getting the max number again could trigger it? I have no idea if this works, just throwing a suggestion out there.

No dice :(

I deleted one of the DLC levels, redownloaded it, and tried playing the level again and the present wasn't there. I've got a really bad feeling that I'll have to start another game on one of the other saves and get all the presents again.
