I only have about a week to play it and beat it. Hopefully get all the majority of the achievements. Should i keep anything in mind when going through the first play through so i don't have to REPLAY the whole game over, (achievement wise)

You should be able to get all the achievements if you dedicate yourself to it. Keep Assassin's Creed your focus.
The only two achievements you have to worry about is Conversationalist and the Memory glitch one.
For Conversationalist, make sure you talk with Lucy. Keep talking to her after every Memory Block. Until all she says is "Aren't you tired?" and "Can't talk, I'm busy right now." Once you hear her say that, then your good to go.
A link to go by to make sure you don't miss a conversation.

For the Memory Glitch one, just make sure for every cutscene your always hitting a button like X or A during the entire cutscene. That should make sure you get 85% of the memory glitches needed for the achievement by Memory Block 6-7. Remember, keep hitting those buttons!
And the only other thing that you might worry about is flags and Templars. There are a certain amount in the game you have to find/kill. A good link for that is....

That should be it. Just look at the achievement guide if your confused and good luck. ;)

Just make sure when your in a section of a city, get all of the flags, view points, and save all the citizens. That will decrease the time you have to play later.
Good Luck!

You can get most of the achievements in one go. As mentioned, I suggest checking out our achievement guide here.

Dont waste time with the flags and templars...They take so long. But the rest can be easy in one playthrough.

Anything else I should know like killing each target with a full bar or something?

Do all the assassination investigations, save all citizens, and synchronize with all the viewpoints. Make sure you do everything before an assassination. Reporting to the bureau and pulling off the assassination should make sure you get a full DNA strand.
Remember, do EVERYTHING before reporting to the bureau. If you accidently didn't do everything in an assassination, you can load the previous memory block and do that.
Hope I didn't lose you. ;)

Oh boy, there are a ton of view points and such. This is going to take a while. Damascus is huge.

Yeah, but luckily, they only make you do one district before each assassination. I found that finding view points and running around climbing stuff was a lot of fun.
What he was saying is do all of Poor District's View Points, Interrogations, Pickpockets, Save Citizens, etc before you kill whichever target you're going after. It's not that hard, it may take a few minutes but it's fun.
Also, the one guy said don't worry about the flags. DO worry about the flags, they're not that hard. Use Firestorm's website, someone linked it above. When you get back from your first assassination, start collecting the flags in Maysaf. Then when you go to your next town, collect all the flags in whichever district you're in. Oh, and Firestorm's maps have a checklist at the bottom of each map that you can use to check off each flag that you've already gotten.
While you're in Maysaf (if you're still there), pick a fight with a guard. Just hold down Right Trigger for 10 minutes, and you'll get an achievement. Then just kill him or run away. I picked a fight with some guard who was in a corner, so it was only him. Also, there's merchant stands in Maysaf. If you do RT + A through them, 20 times (I think) you get an achievement as well.
Most of the other achievements, besides the ones already mentioned by other people, will come by just doing the story mode. 50 people killed, 200 knives pickpocketed, etc. Anyway, good luck, and have fun.

Great help man. I was worrying about missing some stuff in Masyaf. Thank you much. So next is the Rich district in Damascus?

I don't really remember which district it is. I started my game over, and assassinated that one dude. Then when I came back, I got all the flags in Maysaf. Then I went and got 1-29 flags in the Kingdom, and went to Acre. I just got all the flags in Acre Poor, and I'm about to assassinate the dude here.
Whenever I'm done with this, I'm going to Jerusalem (getting all the flags in whichever district they start me in) then assassinating that dude, etc etc.
Btw, don't forget to talk to Lucy. I talk to her every chance I get, until she repeats herself a couple of times, just to be safe.

Alright. Thanks.
For the glitches. do you have to keep pressing the button till the scene ends. Or is it okay just do it for like half the time?

You don't have to hit the button constantly. People (including myself) just do it to ensure we hit it when we need to. It's really easy to miss the glitch, so I'd definitely recommend just hitting a button over and over again. I use the triggers since they're easier to repeatedly hit.

Ya,dont bother getting all the flags,it gets pretty hard when you have about one more flag left. But i found, killing all the tempulars was pretty easy.

I don't get why people think it's so hard to collect flags. Here's what I'm doing.
I'm using Firestorm's maps (http://www.assassinscreed-maps.com/Maps.htm). He has a checklist you can use to keep track of which ones you have. If you're going in order, you can use the Map Marker feature to mark on YOUR map where his map says the next flag is.
Also, do it ONE district at a time. Or if you're doing the Kingdom, just do it one section at a time. I already have 30 kingdom flags, and I've only been to Acre. I have been to Damascus, but I only collected 1 flag on the way there (it was an accident). If you think about it, you're only collecting 30 or so flags at one time. It's really simple.
I also did all view points before I started collecting, just so I could see my map easily to collect.
Just do it a little at a time, and in no time, you'll have all the flags/templars.
Oh yeah. About the templars. If you're collecting the flags in one section, make sure you kill ALL the templars in that area as well, that way, you know you got all the flags AND templars in that one area. When I collected Acre's Poor flags, I killed 4 templars, so I know I don't have to go there anymore. I wish you guys luck!

Also, I'm assassinating the merchant. Should i kill his guards to ensure i don't get caught when I'm assassinating him? It's very hard.

To tell you the truth, I haven't even gotten that far. I don't think I have anyway. I played the game when it first came out. In fact, I bought it THE DAY it came out. I played for a few hours, assassinated the first 4 targets then let my little brother play on his account. I finally went back to playing it a few days ago when I got elite in R6:V.
I looked up a few FAQs/Walkthroughs for you to try to see how to kill the Merchant King.
Here's what I found.
GameFAQs: (http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/xbox360/file/930278/50835) <-- Link
Take the information gathered back to Raphique for assassination approval. Head
toward the assassination target marker. Once you arrive at Nuquod's palace,
simply scale the gate and move through the partially opened door in the center
of the buiding. Nuquod gives a lengthy oration and is killing all of his guests.
Quickly climb the fountain in the center of the courtyard. Jump to the beams on
one of the sides then to the flagpole and the balcony where Nuquod stood. Chase
him through the door to the left and when he is caught assassinate him. There
will be guards along the way but for the most part you can run by them. The
important thing is to catch the target and kill him. Escape and return to the
Bureau once the alert is gone.
Gamespot Guide: (http://www.gamespot.com/features/6182618/p-10.html) <-- Link
There are two ways to proceed here. The first is to climb the fountain in the middle of the main hall, jump from there to the pillars that run along the hall, and run from there onto the balcony where Nuqoud is roaming. This can be difficult since the archers will be firing on you as you jump around, and the two bodyguards that Nuqoud has will also probably jump onto the rafters and attempt to knock you off. Still, with a little perserverance, you’ll reach Nuqoud’s balcony. Unfortunately, this will cause him to run from you, and he’s pretty speedy for such a big guy. He will eventually run out of the palace and into a gang of vigilantes, though, so you’ll be able to assassinate him at that point if you saved all the citizens. Otherwise you’ll just have to do your best to get close to him and use your hidden blade to take him out.
A perhaps simpler method is to head to the south a bit, away from the fountain. Around the corner is a chained gazebo of some sort that’s two stories tall. If you climb to the top of it, you can leap to the balcony nearby where the archer is firing at you from. Kill him, then look around. The doorway to the balcony that Nuqoud is on is locked, but if you look to the southern end of the area, you’ll find a path that you can climb to the roof. If you make it to the top, you can find the scaffolding, jump to one of the minarets on either side of Noqoud’s balcony, then drop down next to him and quickly assassinate him before he can escape.
Guide here in the Forum: (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=47327) <-- Link
The best way to do this: Ignore the archers and the bodyguards except for the crowd, which you should run through and tackle as you head through the left set of archways to the side of the poison fountain. Run between the tables, along the path to the left of the two trees, and head for the ceremonial hut you may have utilized to climb to the top of the palace when you were exploring view points earlier. At the top of the hut, toss a throwing knife into the waiting archer and immediately switch to your hidden blade. Without delay, leap across to the balcony and turn right, looking toward the side entrance leading to the large balcony from which the Merchant King was viewing the crowd. A second later, Abu’l Naqoud runs out; immediately Assassinate him before he has a chance to see you! Expecting him to run at you – be quick! Once you killed him you get an other cut scene.
