help with takeovers

everytime i try to do a takeover mission a helicopter shoots me, and i have not been able to complete one in ages, any help?

Before you begin a takeover mission use your grappling hook to take a helicopter with missles to make your takeover missions alot easier but use the agency truck to takeover military bases.

the only time i had trouble with takeovers were base's and i would fly my heli low then land and just take my time going through it, move from point to point and the AI does do alot of work for you and then take out the barriers. or i would try first thing to take over a tank and just wrek the place with the tank. but that was how i played them. i hope it helps you out though and good luck.
