Figured this one would be a problem for some people so some tips need to be given.
First switch at top:
Stand still against the wall you jump off to get to the top. Now do a quick double jump *tap a for first jump, hold it for the second and push right* you can actually clear right through the middle of the mines and land right at the base of the wall below the switch
If you land right on the corner the little blue zapper actually will not move back towards you.
Jump straight up for the switch and than move over the top mine and land in the middle of the platform.
Quick small jump to the left, under the last mine *at very edge of platform*
With this technique you can get the first switch and be down by the second one in less than 20 seconds (took me 14)Second switch (bottom right):
Bunch of short bunny hops (just tap the jump button)
Not a whole lot to this one, short hop forward, short hop forward, short hop forward. Reverse, short hop out, short hop out, ect, ect...Third switch (top left):
If you run and power jump up, you can reach the top in three jumps which saves time.
Trick on the way down. You can land on the platform inbetween the mine in the middle bottom, and the mine on the right wall.Door switch (middle right):
Basically your just slideing off the stand to your right over a few mines, landing in the middle.
Jumping to the right and hitting the switch.
Go up the wall and wall jump up over the mine into a slanted gap and back down to where you first landed coming into this area.
Up and out...
If someone can provide me with a good screen capture of the map I can make a detailed jump diagram. But I hope this helps at least one person.
