"In its GDC keynote extravaganza, Microsoft confirmed that the first downloadable "episode" for GTA IV will be coming this August, exclusively to Xbox 360.

"Grand Theft Auto IV: Episode One, as it's being called, is presumably the first in the previously announced two downloadable episodes for Rockstar's sequel. They've been rumoured to have cost Microsoft a fair few pennies too.

Nice. I cannot wait for this game!! But does anyone else think thats a little too soon??

no they did not go in-depth with specifics of the DLC, they just announced when it would be released

yeah I can't wait. they should add "exclusive content" on the xbox 360 box art.

the thing is how are they going to fit this in? as if u finnish the story before the content comes out, does this mean that u will just re-visit a certain part of the story? or does itmean that u will not be able to find out the whole story unless you download all of the dlc?

i think it'll probably be some sort of sidequests. a part of the city added on (staton island maybe?) and a set of missions to do, etc.

I think that would be an amazing addition if this game had another island that was added through dlc. As long as it does not cost tonnes of microsoft points to dowload.

how much were the Oblivion expansion packs? I'd assume they'd cost the same as those did

It was my understanding that the Oblivion expansion packs cost about 800 microsoft points each. That is what a friend said to me that they cost.
