User profile pages

It might have been suggested before, but I think it would be pretty cool if every user on xbox360a had their own user profile page, kind of like a blog and 'about me' and all that.

You mean like more info than on your public profile? You can always link your homepage BTW.

Yeah there was a similar suggestion a week or so ago, but I still really like it.
It would save clutter from people's signatures.
Everyone could just post their completed games, goals, gamerscore races, favourite forum quotes and whatnot in there.

Unfortunately, the head honchos don't seem to like the idea as much. :(

We're actually talking about that in the subscriber forum right now. ;) Although, if such a thing were to happen, it would only be for paying members. :p

yeah, I didn't think they would, I guess it could be quite problematic for them, but it would be great to have a little blog section and stuff.

Not right now. :p But it has come up in discussion a few times. I know a lot of subscribers (as well as myself) are for it.:)

Yeah that seems a bit cruel...

I suppose it might encourage more people to pay up which would maybe improve the site in general though.

Do XBL Silver members get the same benefits as Gold members? No. Same deal here.

I think that silver members should still get a blog and profile page though, but gold members should get better profile options and more advanced stuff for their blogs, silver members should just get a basic page.
