i think every feedback item should have a poll because sometimes the first reply to an idea is a mod shooting it down so people dont reply because they think it's over before its begun really.

But a poll would allow everyone to have their say without reading everyone else's posts and even if the first post is a mod shooting it down then if there are 1000 yes's and 200 no's then it would surely have to be implemented?

Peace

(Example above btw)

Old suggestion, if people want feedback on their ideas then they are very much welcome to add in a poll. It won't work automatically because not all Feedback threads are suggestions and I don't think many of the staff want to go through all of the ideas and add in polls.

Not all features that we the masses would desire should be implemented ... having a poll for each suggestion might lead some to believe that that was the case.

I think having the option to add a poll meets our needs. That gives you the ability to let others leave feedback without posting (which is probably better than having them post without reading other posts in the thread; that sometimes leads to a string of posts all saying the same thing "sorry i don't have time to read what u said but i agree with it anyway").

People choose if they want to have a poll, I don't think people should be forced and sometimes I think idea's are good even when mods don't like them.
