As you may know there are a lot of movie games out there. Sometimes they are hard to find because they are possibly considered family, shooter or action/adventure.

Maybe we can make a seperare category/sub forum instead of putting the movie games in seperate places. I think it would make it more organized and easier to find.

This is not a bad idea at all, I personally like it but as the staff have said to many people either use the search button or control F/Apple F. They work just as well. Plus There's the quick jump and you could scroll through to finds the games name there, another thought is we also have the home page which has a the links to every game in alphabetical order. Once again it's not a bad Idea its just not really needed.

this is a good idea, having a sub forum of movie games is not bad, and its true they are scattered all over the place, i hope the mods put a movie sub forum on here

I don't recognise 'Movie' as a genre of games, so I wouldn't be looking for a Movie section on a game website for a game that happens to be based on a film. If you want to find a specific game then you can always use the Retail game list on the main site, go to the page for that game and then hit the forum button to find the specific forums for that game, or as previously suggested just search. Although that would probably come up with some random threads about the movie, but it wouldn't take too long provided they put in some effort looking.

I agree with you Zef, Just a lot of games are based on movies now, and I get a bit confused on where games are and should be.

Let the staffies worry about where things should be =) If you can't figure out where a game is then either just do one of the above or scroll through all of the games or think about what kind of game it is. You should be able to narrow it down at least. Turboexample: You want to find 'Silence of the lambs: Official Game of the Movie' in the games list, it's an RPG and doesn't involve many actual lambs. Chances are it isn't going to be in Family or Shooters. And it is a full retail game so it won't be in the arcade bit either. Simple really.

Or CTRL+F it, no real searching needed and [drumroll] no scrolling =D
