My Checklist

I know there is a sticky thread about "Let us know if some of the 'my checklist' features aren't working," but I don't think my checklist works at all. can someone tell me how to "check/uncheck" achievements, because im very confused.

On the righthand side of the screen about half way it says enable/disable achievements just click on that
