I need help on episode 11

Im stuck on the part where you are supposed to protect the relic... no matter what i do they seem to sneak in there and break it somehow... i did break both boulders to hit them as they come up and i do close the rock round door thing on the side... but when the enemies with shields come up and run past me and my thanes... its over... i hit them but cant kill them fast enough... if i turn to carnal fury.. i break the darn relic myself -.-... some suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, first off you better hope you have saved all possible thanes, or it will be a hard go of it. You need to make sure you work your Heroic meter up and cast Heroic Storm. Place yourself between the bottom of the ramp to the relic and just destory anyone that comes up, call your thanes to you to aid you. Use the boulders for when the Ogres come up. If you keep your thanes Heroic Stormed and you are good at the combat system you shouldn't have any troubles keeping them away. Just make sure you do what you've been doing, plus get the Heroic Storm on your thanes. Kill fast and you should get it with practice. It takes everyone a little bit to get past it. But it is worth the 1k...the game is actually pretty fun.

yeah.. im a little bit irritated right now to try it though lol... imma give it another go in like 30 min.. i didnt mean to post another thread about protecting the relic as others had(i shoulda read posts made i suppose :O) and i might try the strategy where u go down and actually fight them by the gate... meh...


and yeah... it is fun but can get annoying at times.

I would not fight down by the gate because you get random pops at the top of the map if you go down to the gate. It is strange but it happens. If you do that be prepared for the relic to get destroyed lol. Good luck man!

gah.. finally beat it lol... i think i send the first boulder to kill the second wave... the guys with shields give me trouble for some reason... the trolls are no problem... they take a year to come up to the relic so i killed em with carnal and the rest of the waves were somewhat easy =\.. so really... my only problem was the second wave... kinda weird. but now im stuck on a different part -.- where u have to break some stupid ice to make the boat not get hit... im at a part where u have to climb up then go sideways... but he dont go that far... he starts to slip down... so dunno what to do now lolz.

Have you guys noticed your Thanes tell you about a 'strange wheel' after you've covered up the passage on the right? I try and go and get a look at it because MAYBE the wheel can drop in front of the front entryway but something dumb always happens.

When I try to investigate BEFORE I close the right passage I'll get up on top of this burning building, no one's around, then all of a sudden my guys just ALL FUCKING DIE. FOR NO GOD DAMN REASON! FUCK

This went from being a fun, somewhat challenging game to a piece of donkey shit that I hate all because of this fucking level.

On that part you just need to hold the direction you want to go and the B button down and he will throw himself across. They tell you how to "throw" yourself further during that beginning tutorial on the beach. Most people forget about it though, but that should help you out. Good luck!

So I just beat this damn part of the game. I used solely heroic. I had it building up throughout the level and when I got to the Holy Relic I my heroic meter was pretty much blazing.

Took the first wave straight up. Second wave I delpoyed my heroic bomb thing and pwn3d. That left me with two boulders to work with for the final wave/trolls. Got both trolls with the boulders which in turn also gave me full heroic meter again. When the last group of chumps came up top they were a piece of cake.

Damn I'm pumped. I took about an hour and half off of playing this and came back and decided to try something different and it paid off. You just gotta find a strategy that works for you.
