How do you start levels with them? you can often pick them up in level.

I'm quite partial to the hedge clippers in the suburban level. Just sneak up behind somebody and give the the closest haircut they'll ever get! Almost takes their head off!

Before the mission just go under the 5 defualt weapons and all the things yuo picked up will be there.
