I know that the Bloody Palace is a different game mode, but is all the Dante must die, heaven or hell, etc. the same as in different difficulties? there is an achievement as complete the game as dante, but for the normal game you play for devil hunter or SoS, there are cut scenes that wouldn't go well with dante, if you know what I mean? So can anybody just clarify if there are any differences in the modes?
Cheers..

It's just difficulty.
It's their way of doing Easy, Hard, Extreme etc.
DMD is the next step up from Hard (which is called Son of Sparda) in this.

I'm assuming you are misunderstanding the Super Nero (Dante) description though. It just means Super Nero OR Super Dante.

Human - Starting Difficulty - Very Easy
Devil Hunter - Other difficulty at start - Easy
Son Of Sparda - Unlocks after you complete DH - Medium
Dante Must Die - Unlocks after you best SOS - Hard
Heaven And Hell - Unlocks after you beat DMD - Everything dies in one shot, but so do you - Very Hard
Hell And Hell - Unlocks after you beat DMD - You die in one shot, enimies live for alot longer - Extreme
Bloody palace is essentially an arena type thing, you beat baddies, you fight new baddies etc.
You get achievments for beating all difficulties, and some you get for beating that difficulty halfway through (eg beating mission 11 in son of sparada gives an achievment).
Also Super Dante/Nero just essentially means unlimited devil trigger. It's impossible to get an S rank for them in bloody palace, but you do get an achievment for beating the game as the super versions of each character.

You play through the first 11 missions as Nero and you continue the story from 12 onwards with Dante.
You don't play through the same part as Dante.
