Disc Error

So I'm having a disc error after Mission 11 on Devil Hunter mode after already completing it on Human. Disc has no scratch on it. I've...


Restarted the console.
Left it overnight off and then retried.
Tried another mission and went back to it.
Retried and redid Mission 11 instead of just selecting Mission 12Any other suggestions or is anyone else having this problem? :(

Try some other games and see if you get any errors...hopefully it's not your box!

Oh man, seems like we have similar issues. My game stops at the second part of Mission 6. And the disc is perfectly new, just a few days old... Maybe I got a defective copy?

chances are your box is probably messed up, happened with me. I put in a game, i could play multiplayer, but when I got to a certain point in single player, it froze up and would not let me continue. I went through 3 copies of the game and some You like want buy xbox protection plan ok? at xbox help line before I got a new xbox and no problems whatsoever

perhaps your house has an xbox-geist, if its a collectors you may have to see if any backwater places still have it(i know the circuit city/best buy/gamestop near me still have em,other then that, I need to lrn2read

Same thing happens to me and on Son Of Sparda mode (Dice game is really, really annoying) it ticks me off

Try trading in your game for a new copy and see if it does the same thing. There's probably an error with the disc or something.

Sounds like your discs is messed up. Can you take it back and get a replacement?

Well, it's either your disc is messed up, or you have to bad consoles right there, thankfully I don't have this problem and will enjoy the hell out of this game...;)

I had the same problem with my M:UA disc. Whenever it loaded a game, I got a disc unreadable. What you could try, is go to your local Game Crazy and ask them to try it on the display 360. If it plays on that then more in likely it's your console(s).

You could try and pay two bucks to have them clean the disc, and pray that it will work after that.

If not, you might have to call MS for two 360's. That's the only two problems I could think would cause it. If that doesn't work, I really wouldn't have a clue.

Problem is, it is branded with "Promotional Copy" all over the disc and case, so that leaves me up s**t creek without a paddle :p

go to somwhere where they can buffer your disk mate it worked for my gears and cod4 if it dosent work then your screwed.

Yea i have had some problems like this, but i just played another game for a little while, went back to it and it was fine, and yea like Minty said in the UK Game do a good job for £1.99 or 3 discs for £5. They didnt completely restore my friends COD4 disc, but they fixed like 9/10s of his single player and all his online maps.

This happened to me, it seems to be caused by a corrupted saved game file - the only way to sort it is to copy your saved game to a memory card and delete the saved game on the hard drive, make sure to continue using the memory card or the other option is to start again.

i can vouch for that. it happened to me near the end of mission 5, and i just moved my save onto my mem card and it works no probs now :woop:
