Well, about 6 months ago, I remember them offering $150. It's crazy. I would rather use eBay because it can gain steam and could sell at a better price than that. There is a site I saw on CNET, I forgot the name (i'll try to remember), but they offered about $190 w/o the original box, so they aren't too bad.

I've traded a few times with my cousin and his games when they have those "trade 4 or more and get "x" percent extra". It helped to get certain games like Guitar Hero or Rock Band that are a lot more than just the game itself when we didn't have the cash ahead of time.

I haven't been in a Gamestop since about a month after the 360 came out. I told them how there was no way I was going to buy a stickered, opened version of a "new game" for $60 when I could go to a plethora of other retailers and, for sometimes cheaper, be assured that I was the first person to play that game. Then they said that they focused on reselling used games, and I told them that I'd have to spend more money on water and soap trying to clean off the scratches than I would save by buying used. The man just kind of smiled politely and said "Sir, you're distracting the customers."

Anyways, I tend to despise trading in anything to Gamestop/EB Games. They're a major rip off and I did once before. Doesn't work out too well. As for being a female, I have yet to meet a female at a video game store that knows anything. Then again, that holds true for males as well. Mmm oh well.
