Higher Style that SSS

I Wish that they would go beyond just the SSS style ranking as i see my self getting a SSS alot in this game And was hoping that they would up the antie on the difficulty for this, plus i really enjoyed the challenge of the 3 this seems to fall abit short in the challenge catigory except when fighting dante as nero I actually died, so that was the most challenge so far with this game.

I have no idea like the difficulty was like crazy when you fight him later not in the begining like he countered everything i was in a counter battle for like 10 minutes and then he switches to royal guard and takes out like half my life. it was crazy then goes insane on the combos and i was f'ed. but i beat him the next time. but i was like WTF they kicked into overdrive here. lol

Ah shit, Royal Guard is a pain in the ass.

Avoid attacking him in Royal Guard, then whoop his ass. I find a good technique (I presume it works the same for the 'Angels') is when he is guarding, just jump then RT+B to grab onto him and pull yourself behind him then hit B before he turns round.

I'm pretty sure the Angel things use Royal Guard styles and it was the same in 3 if you were hit from behind you couldnt dodge/counter/use Royal guard.

For curiousity's sake, what difficulty are you playing on?

You have to atleast be playing on Devil Hunter, considering on Human the enemies are too fragile to pull off an SSS combo on them. :)

SSS is fine, if it went higher then that, I think my fingers would fall off and my brain would explode.

Yes i was playing on Devil hunter mode but it seemed hard to aquire a SSS on DMC3 But maybe it just cause i played the crap outa it and got really good at getting SSS styles, But i hope the harder difficulties prove much tougher. I like the challenge.

Hope NINJA GAIDEN will be just as hard if not harder too.
