Time is off...?

While PMing Jdm about random shenanigans I noticed that the time on the forum was about 40 minutes off...is this just me, or does everyone notice this?

Im GMT and its not off for me. Im gonna say the stupid thing and say is your pc right? Im sure someone else would have noticed this by now so i doubt its the site..:)
