Help needed with Score Piece 20 (spoilers)

Alright. So I've beat Dolce twice now. I'm in chapter 5 and currently in the Baroque Pub Wine Cellar talking to the employee (I know that if you talk to him and choose the 3rd option you'll get to fight against Dolce and get the Score Piece from the barrel). But I forgot to examine the six pillars in the Mandolin Church Catacombs. Does this mean I can't get the SP20 anymore?

EDIT: Nothing anymore. I had a saved game back in Mandolin Church and this time I examined those pillars and later got the Score Piece.

If you are on your second play, just wait until Chapter 6 when you can access the teleporter and you'll be able to go back and do the pillars and access the fight. If you're not, you can't finish the achievement until your second play anyway, so just make sure you get it then.
