seriously whats happening what do i do to fix it and has this happened to anyone else?
i have found all the view points and still nothing

Have you been to the assassins bureau and talked to him first? He needs to tell you where to go before you can start the missions. Then you go into the new part of the city get a view point and then you should be able to start finding them.

I don't know about you, but I only went to the Assassin's Bureau when I finished everything, investigations, view points, and save citizens.

Wow I really wish people would search the threads first. I know you're new, but everybody posts this same damn thread asking about Memory Block 4.
