Question

I was semi-excited about this game when it was on the way. Played the demo and liked it. Planned to buy it, but that never came to fruition. I've played out some of my other games and i'm looking for a new game to play. I would consistently look at gamestop and such for Bladestorm and would find that it either was STILL 59.99, or that the store didn't even have it.

MY question is, is this game worth 60 bucks, or shall i continue to wait until it drops in price until i choose to purchase?

That depends an awful lot on how much you like Koei hack'n'slash games. I'm a huge DW/SW fan and I play them all all the way through. If you really like this kind of game, Bladestorm gives a nice little twist on the normal style of them with the paper-rock-scissors unit relationships, unit based fighting, and character growth. If you play this game through and do everything there is to be done, it could last 120+ hours on one playthrough.

(The game doesn't end when you clear the story, which you can do much sooner than 120 hours, but beyond that the missions give harder enemies and better loot, along with side stories/sub-quests.)

thank you for the input, i was hoping it wasn't one of those "played it, beat story 1k'd it and now it sits there collecting dust"
