I assume it will be much better than DMC2's bloody palace. I vaguely remember giving up on this mode because the camera was so broken I couldn't see anything, plus I think you couldn't even save your progress (not sure about that) and there was like thousands of levels. Let's be optimistic: a decently executed, combat-focused mission mode would be a great addition, longevity-wise...

look on mygamercard.net, some guy has like 38 achievements already including the one for beating the game on H3LL and H3LL mode which in my opinion might be the single hardest achievement ever made for a game.

Or maybe it's like the secret missions in Dmc 1 and 3: bloody palace levels would be hidden in the game's main story, like warp zones.

There are Secret missions hid within the game, but I never found any Bloody Palace warps. Hmmmm....

i just read the IGN US review, and they say you'll unlock bloody palace after "successive playthroughs" (whatever that means), along with theatre mode and stuff.

Finished the game on Devil Hunter (Normal) and Bloody Palace unlocked. It's basically a survival stage.
I think you'll get a cool costume if you reach the 99th floor, but haha, good luck with that.
This is one game few will be getting 1000 points on.

The heaven and hell mode is a one hit kill mode, so it's basically the same.

In heaven and hell you also kill with one hit. I suppose Hell or Hell is going to be the arrrghhh version.

Does anyone know what Hell or Hell Mode is? I am thinking you die in one hit and everyone else doesn't.

Also the hardest achievements is going to be getting S Ranks on DMD missions. I have only been able to get an S on like 6 on Devil May Cry, 2, and 3. But GOD these games are so much fun to play over and over again.

I really like people who say "Yeah it doesn't look too hard, it's doable" or "These achievements look OK to me" when everybody else cries :)

Be real guys, a third of these achievements are nearly impossible, unless you're a no life and you only play this game untill june 08.

I am with the Pants Party on this, I hate games with insane achievements where you have to play over and over and over until you're just a robot. You read the Gamespot review ? You'll have to fight most of the bosses 2 or 3 times during normal playtrough, and redo most of the stages of Nero with Dante. The exact same levels and the same bosses ! Maybe I can do it 3 times, but not 50.

ill probly get all the achievements in a couple of weeks(school) i normally played on DMD mode on dmc3 n since dmc4 is guna be easier then 3, it shouldnt be that hard. it will get repetitive though:(

All I have to say is you should have waited to see if you were willing to put the time and effort to get all these achievements. I like it when they actually make you work for them and not gain them because you needed to get lucky, boost, or glitch them. Good luck to everyone who are attempting to accomplish these achievements.

I am so glad they don't average damage for your rank unlike the rest of the series. Should make getting the S rank for each level easier, but that's not saying much. :(

I have quite a few games I'm sitting on that I have to max out. Not gonna worry about getting new games for awhile, I'm definetly gonna try my best to max this game out. Whether I ever do, no one knows...;)
