I was just wondering how your clans work. Is it the top players that get on the rosters, with a trial etc and all. Where you need to be (For example level 30 or higher on COD etc)
Or is it more based on community of players who enjoy playing the game with each other. If it's the latter, i'll be applying in 3 months when i've served my time.

I ask because I dislike clans where your skill decides your respect in clan and your rank / roster. So thought I would check before keeping an eye on new games the 360a clan takes on etc.

Your skill really has nothing to do with were you rank in the clan if you have 250 points and been a member for 3 months you can sign up.

If it was based on anything other than participation in the forums, it would be very unfair.

tussell and krueger basically summed it up. When we do have clan matches it will be based on a bunch of things... 1) skill basically how good at the game you are, 2) activeness, and 3) how quick you are to sign up for the match.

also it depends if it is a ladder match or a friendly match against another clan because if it is just friendly then people who haven't played Gamebattles or what not would get to play. But there will always be a Clan senior who will be in each match to organize things with the other clan

If you have been a member for 3 months, and you have 250 posts, then you are fine. It doesn't matter how good you are at the game.

So that means someone who is very active/high ranked on the forums will be a high clan rank compared to a less active forum member who is amazing?

Yeah. I think the clan operates on whoever is there first gets put up on the roster so I guess how active you are means how well you do to get a place on the starting team :P

That may be the case sometimes. The rank isn't always based on your performance.
