The Witness (Curtains Down help)

So I'm trying to get Silent Assassin, and EVERY time I play through Curtains Down I have 1 witness. I do everything exactly how the walkthrough says to, and my bar never goes above yellow (except after the tenor dies).

1. Get real WWII gun from check-in
2. Sedate worker in bathroom and steal clothing; Stash the body
3. Go to lighting deck overlooking the stage and place bomb
4. Wait for bodyguard to go to bathroom, then hide in closet in executioner's dressing room
5. Wait for executioner to enter then leave briefly; Switch guns; Hide in closet again
6. Executioner grabs real gun and leaves; Pace the hallway until the tenor dies
7. Wait for other target to get on stage; Blow up lighting
8. Go back down to lobby; Put suit back on; Leave

Where would I be getting a witness in all of this?

Normal mode.

Does the person in the lighting rack see you place the bomb?

Or, did the worker you sedate in the bathroom see you before you sedated him?

My meter doesn't go up or anything... and he's walking the other direction, not looking at me...

I've edited my message above. I would say it was the worker in the bathroom.

Did you get him when he has his back turned to you?

Ah. That could be it. I think I'll go try that. Thanks for the hint.

it could be when your sneaking into the room where you plan the gun
if they see you it counts as a witness

If you are spotted on the vantage point overlooking the theater it could screw things up as well.

this is the stupidest mission. ive done this well over 20 times and i always have 1 witness. i really dont understand why.
