#1 was my favorite.

I doubt there will be a #4. I've heard a lot about the script being stolen like the same situation with Knocked Up.

Eh, the first one was pretty decent, but the next two were dreadful. There will be no 4th movie, especially after the critical reaction the the third one.

I've actually never watched the Matrix films, they sound overly complicated. Anybody know if they'll be making an apperance on Blu RaY? Only then would I watch the films.

Matrix was better then number 2...and I've never seen 3 cuz I saw 2 and hated it....so the og is for me :D

I own trilogy all on HD DVD. It rules.

By far the first movie was the best. The third one was my least favourite as it really didn't have many cool matrix battles, most of it was just zion fighting.

My favorite is probably Reloaded, I haven't watched them all in a while but from what I can remember that one was sweet. There's not going to be a 4th for sure. It would of been out by now, and besides it's a trilogy.

The 1st one is the best but I did like the big Smith fight in the 2nd one, the 3rd one was ok, it summed things up so I voted for that one due to the other two being so overplayed.

I prefer the first one for the story, second one for the fighting and third one for special effects, initial Zion battle when all those sentinels burst in on an IMAX screen :rock

There won't be a 4th one, effectively the online game is the 4th one since it continues the story.

The first one was the best because it introduced this new concept in the movie. From there, the rest of the movies relied too heavily upon crazy special effects that were sometimes overdone.

The first Matrix is, without a doubt, the best out of the trilogy. None of the others can compare to it. After the first, they got so unrealistic. Even though The Matrix Reloaded had some good fight scenes, it still wasn't as good as the first.

I don't know, it's probably really easy to understand. I just don't like Sci-Fi movies that much... Every time I watch it, I'm doing something else as well.

The first was awesome, the 3rd for the Zion fight, and Agent Smith / Neo fight was classic.
