Gamertag and Email

Alright. When I initially signed up for the XBL account, I didn't have a hotmail account, so I made one up and uh...
Now I forget the email address I used, and it's password

Am I boned?
Or is there a way to find out this information.

P.S - yes, I know I am an idiot for not writing it down, so no need to point that one out =P

if ya had the email they could send you your password, but since you have neither looks like your screwed until you think of what e-mail you used.. Unless you can make a new account/email???

I believe if you go to the marketplace blade and select account management(?) there should be somethin in there that says your email..you will still have to figure out your password but once you have the email that should be easier.
