Hey I figured some people may get discouraged with this one or maybe not be able to do it so I wanted to add a tip. In the guide it suggests going to ep. 10 and killing the enemies that spawn to protect the formor leader. A good combo that will give you A LOT of blue is X , Y then Y after they land again using your bare hands. He will punch, uppercut slam them then you stomp them. It gives a lot of blue fast and saved me a headache.

I really doubt it, as when you die you loose collected runes.

i killed the creature dudes for like 1 hour did heroic thing at least 50 times throughout the game and didnt get it is it because i died or wtf ? i didnt bother trying to get it afterwards o well ...

I found a nice way to get this as well. When you first enter the bogs in the section where you get your first rune stones you need to roll the large stone to get into the next area. Clear out all the enemies then instruct your thanes to start rolling the stone. This triggers about 8 enemies to come. Wipe them out with x,x,y and build up your life bar. Once they are gone, instruct the thanes rolling to stone to come to you before they finish (lb + A) and then instruct them to roll the stone again to trigger the enemies again. Once your meter is full then enable the heroic storm. Rinse and repeat. You should be able to get heroic storm every two rolls or so. Just try not to get hit at all. Worked for me. I found this easiest as you do not have many thanes at that point so easiest to build up life bar as far.
