Hey guys, I thought I might as well post here about this at some point so why not now.
I am a singer/ songwriter from south east England (Kent)
I have been recording and playing music for over two years now, at the moment I am going around the county playing shows in different places doing acoustic gigs. I don't know what style my music would be classed as, I am just gonna say Rock to be safe but my newer stuff is all acoustic.
I am going to be releasing a full band rock album in the next few months, I will also be releasing a live CD of the best tracks from my live gigs and an acoustic CD.
Anyway after all that blabber.

You will either love it or hate it I guess and any opinions are welcome.

Gave the first three songs a listen...
I'm not going to go buy your albums but it's far better than 99% of artists out there today, but that's just because I don't like even 1% of artists out there.
I really like "Don't Want to Lose This Feeling" actually... a lot.
Keep doin' what you're doing.

Hey thanks man, I mean most of the stuff I do is experimental, I am trying different sounds. Yeah "Dont want to lose this feeling" is one of the more better recieved songs, I had a lot of fun doing that track.
Well on saturday its back to studio and I will have two more songs finished.

You sing a wee bit like John Mayer. Just enough to be noticeable.
But yeah, I'm listening to the first song and I like it. Good luck with your upcoming shows and be sure to update this thread when you upload your new songs.

Will do, hopefully they get done. I have to re-record vocals for one and mix the other. Should be easy :P

Good stuff, what are some of your influences?

I have a wide range of influences, my main ones are Five Iron Frenzy and Joshua Radin.
Joshua Radin's songs move me and make me want to try harder and his style encapsulates the stuff I want to do. Five iron frenzy bring out the spirit in my music with playing with lyrics which is fun. Also the singer of Five Iron Frenzy's side Project is one of my main influences as it has such a dark side to it that you can really feel.
My music tastes are weird, I listen to anything from Acoustic stuff to really heavy power metal. Each song has a soul of its own and will be an influence of the music I listen to or my surroundings.
I want to start recording videos of my acoustic stuff and putting it up on youtube but I am hesitant as there are lots of people out there who go out and are just arseholes :P

Thanks very much, I am really not happy with the vocals I have done for them. My voice has been so trashed the last couple of weeks it has been near impossible.
