Any fans? I know there's one other guy on here who likes 'em.
I've liked them for years, and I'm getting pretty ticked right now because while wearing their t-shirt lately I've had people tell me "I hear that Thrash Unreal song on the radio every day!"
I don't want people to have to share them with. :P
Mainly because their new music is totally different than the old stuff... especially the lyrics.

Either way, I just hope that if you like this new song of theirs, you'll check out their old songs...
My favourite albums are The Acoustic EP and Crime as Forgiven, but a good 'in-betweener' would be Searching For a Former Clarity or As the Eternal Cowboy.

New Wave is a pretty good CD, but nothing compares to their older music. I really hate how these bands are doing this. Tiger Army is doing the same thing. You go from being semi-underground to the next big thing. It really is lame, because as much as people hate to admit it, there is a major change in how they play.

A lot of bands have done this same thing. They're awesome and their sound is great when they're "underground," but they come out as the next big thing on their next album and their sound isn't quite as good.

Well their new cd is probably a better one, I just don't like it as much. Hard to explain.
Like I know it will appeal to more people, is more sophisticated, technical and fine tuned but that just isn't my 'style'.
I guess to relate it to this forum, I think the same of some video games.
For example, I know Halo 3 is a better game than Blacksite, but I personally enjoy playing Blacksite more.

Also, this is one of those albums where I think.. if it was any other band, it'd be awesome. But I expected so much more from these guys. It's hard to like a new album when there's better old albums.
