Master Tomb Raider achievement not unlocking?

Does anyone know if there is a special way to unlock this achievement, the one for beating Anniversary on Hard? Do you have to start a game from the beginning and go right to the end, or after each episode, go back to the main menu and start the next episode?

I have completed the game, I thought on hard but obviously not. I went back and completed episodes 2 and 4 on hard again, still nothing. Before I go and do episodes 1 and 3 again, I was wondering if I should start a new game from the beginning.

I know that there are problems with Anniversary with the complete the entire game on the three difficulties but no one has said anything about the Anniversary achievements on Legend.

I think u find m8 u have to do it from the start and work ur way though... but if u have all ready done the game on easy... den go load up the last mission on time trials beat that and u will unlock a cheat called " ONE SHOT KILLS" use that cheat and go n do the game on hard u should have it done in no time with that cheat running....

I just completed Episode 3 on hard and still no achievement. I will probably just start the game from the beginning. If anyone else has a suggestion, let me know.

I am experiencing these same problems I have been working through the game on hard and it just registered that I beat the greece stage but didn't register that I got all the artifacts from the first 2 levels so I will have to go back and complete that. I am a dissatisfied customer forsure because I don't want to have to keep going back and compelting stuff over and over again just to get the achievements. The problem is this all should have been in one downloadable file. I don't want to have the same problem you are having. I have just started Egypt (temple of khamoon) I am wondering should i go back to the first 2 stages of Greece and get the artifacts so I don't have to redo the last two over again if that makes any sense.......or should I just keep going because my time is still cumulative saying 6 hours and something and that way I would think I could at least get Master Tomb Raider because I would have beat the whole game on hard, I think. It sounds like this achievement doesnt work for some reason though. Any advice on what I should do?

I am currently on the 2nd level of egypt and it is only showing my Greece levels with the ability to replay. It also didn't save my first two greece levels with artifacts and relics. It also deleted my Peru levels that I beat.
