Just look on a Japanese gaming website like Konami or something and use their address.

I think it would just be the Japaness account they'd take off you.

I've looked on the websites but it only gives you addresses for North America and Australia. I'm pretty sure when I made my US account I put in a random one and it worked, was just the ZIP Code and Phone number I needed. Have a go at making it with a random address and if it doesn't let you then just search google for one.

When I made my amerian account, I went onto MS's website and used their address for their offices in Tampa, FL. If you look for the offices in Japan and use their address, it'll work.

Try this website. It's a bit old but it worked when people wanted to download the Chromehounds demo which was at the time only available in Japan.

Believe this address still works. I used it a couple months ago anyway, and it worked great. I don't see them blocking an address anyway, I mean, what if the poor soul who lives there can't make their live account?

I Google all my Zip Codes.;)

That's how I created the Korean Account to download Hexic 2 when Live turned Five.
