Each week we like to put music on the end of the podcast. As we cant put proper bands up, as we'd have our asses sued, we want to use our listerners music.

Do you have a band - or a mates band? Do you create your own tracks? Want to get some exposure for it? Then post here and we will contact you about it, or email podcast [ a t ] x 3 6 O . 0rg.

Going to get boring if I have to use one of my mates bands every week lol

And unless we get some more bands, they'll be back on the next one :p

Yes, that was a good song that played this week. I may download their songs. I may have to check on some friends from school, they were some bands that were on my friends list.

I think you get unlimited space on SoundClick.com though.

If anyone uses a Mac, free and copyright-less (I guess you could call it) music can be made on a program called GarageBand.

Ya, soundclick.com is free and has options for you to make songs free, streaming only or pay per download...it's seriously the best place for music on the net..I've been a member for about 5 years or so..

If anyone uses a Mac, free and copyright-less (I guess you could call it) music can be made on a program called GarageBand.

That could be misleading mate... the only copyright-free music you can make on any computer or in any setup is with a) your own synth patches or instruments and/or b) royalty free patches/samples such as Apple Loops, NI Kontakt packs, etc.

You can't for example rip samples from your favourite tune and rearrange them thinking they're free, this is not the case; if you're caught making money from doing this or in some extreme cases by simply getting your tune played on air you'll be fined.

Thought i'd better clear that up because it's not as simple as "anything made in Garageband is copyright free", although it is fair to say "anything made with what you get out-the-box with Garageband is copyright free". Phew :).

PS Upgrade to Logic pronto.

I have some rap songs of my own that I'm sure the listeners would love to hear :)

What do you guys think? Minty says he'll quit the podcast if there's ever any rap music on there, talk him into having an open mind :p

Well I say no heavy metal or anything of that kind.
We don't just have you listening, if you don't like the music at the end, don't listen to the music at the end, you've gotta have a bit of variety!
I vote for Krazies rap musics!!!!!!!!! :woop:

Couldn't agree more.
My musical taste has always been with death metal and punk, but I know that not everyone likes it. Though I would love to hear some Deicide at the end of the podcast. :p

Listen, Minty.. It's not just rap music. I guarantee people wanna hear KRAZIE dropping mad flows over a beat! It's definitely worthy of being on the podcast. I'll put an emotional song on there, one in tribute of my mother who passed away in 2000. Something that will make the hearts of x360a melt. But, x360a needs to hear my skills, they'll love it. If you had any musical talent, we'd put it on there.

C'mon guys, voice your want to hear my songs on the podcast!!!

But can you remix one of your songs and fit a guitar solo into it? Technically it wouldn't be pure rap then. ;)

If you go to the site above and hit up music you can download two songs from their ep. Their new stuff is freaking awesome too, but it has much, much more thrash.

Since you guys didn't put my last band on. :(
Doesn't matter since we stopped anyways.

I got a friend's band called PARTY! which does instrumental/progressive/experimental stuff. Anyways, they sound pretty good. Just ask me if you want one of their songs through a PM, and I can get it to you somehow pretty fast.
