other shrunken skull levels that are good for the 100 souls

I have gotten 50 from port royal and some more from isla cruces. I was wondering if there are any other good levels that yield alot of souls and shrunken heads. I will try shipwreck city today and see if i can get any more. I have 75 in total.

if you search you will find a nice tip posted by ash3n about how to get almost all of them on just the one level (cant remember which it was)... but it involves an island and fighting guys that pop out of the water (after you ride a zipline).
