Thats like a sixth of how much the game costs full stop. They are ripping the consumer off! The whole point of a demo is to say, here try this game, you'll like it and then buy the full game...

Just wondering where you saw that the demo is going to be 6 gigs, the DVD Demo may be 6 gigs because of all the extra content on the disc but I highly doubt the XBLM demo will be that large.

ive talked to people that already have the disc. and yea thats true it could be smaller on the marketplace, but not by much. id still rather pay the $10 than have to wait that fucking long to d.l. it.

Some guy that comes into my work (Blockbuster) bought me the disk today. It's pretty sweet. And to all those saying GTA is better, didnt the same team who created GTA create Saint's Row? I'll get my information from the guy (he's an Xbox developer guy) to be certain.

But there's a glicth too, I guess if you have a car push you into the "red" zone, you can walk around. (For those that don't have teh demo, the red zone is the game that isn't unlocked the the demo, but I guess you can walk around it, still haven't tried it, girlfriend's hogging teh 360).

The game's awesome though. For those who don't have it, get it.

i played it yesterday at my freinds house. its comes with the new OXM, btw. its fun, i guess, but it doesnt quite have the same appeal as the GTA series. like your playin it, and yet you know your just playin a rip-off of somethin much greater.
but the graphics are absolutley gorgeuos!

damn, the ncaa demo too you that long? it took me like 10-15 mins, stuff always downloads faster for me then for my friends on my list lol took me no time at all

The demo was accidentally put up on the German (I think) marketplace the other day and it was about 800 megs, not 6 gigs. The final game is probably not even 6 gigs.

The demo is available on disc a lot of places now. I've heard of Toys R'Us and the XBox mag doing it. It's just not available of the market place till the 1st of August ;) Thats all :p

I played the demo last night (it's not online), you play thought the first 5 missions I think. It seems to be a pretty good game, I'll definately be picking it up.

The demo just lets you "clear out the row," like 3 main missions and 2 side missions. I already preordered it.
