Yea it was a great game the first time through when you were new to the environment and you were exploring. If you go through it 2 or more times it's kind of boring IMO.

Im thinking about renting tomb raider: legend and was just wondering if the game is easy to get the achievements.
It's fairly easy.... 15 hours should do the trick....

Doing the game on all difficulties wont take too long but if you get stuck finding rewards im sure it could easily take longer (obviously lol)

You can cut down on time by doing it on Tomb Raider difficulty the first time through, like I did.

Tomb Raider difficulty really posed no problems whatsoever so I'd recommend just going ahead on first time on that difficulty. It does cut time and difficulty really isn't much. A lot of times the games isn't even about fighting off enemies but timing jumps and figuring out a few puzzles which I doubt the difficulty really effects.

How the hell did you guys beat the time attacks? I've only tried the first level and I'm way too slow. I don't know what else to do

On the first level, the first time I tried I was like a minute too slow. The next time I nailed it. I don't know why. Maybe because I screwed up on that box/catapult puzzle the first time.

the time attacks are about hitting the jumps right on the first time.make sure you use the Y button to speed up when climbing and going across ledges. Also don't kill all the bad guys if you can just run past them.
I did all the Time Trials in 1 try, But the Kazakhstan time trial i only had 6 seconds left..... (i messed up on a jump puzzle 50 times.)
