Master of Disguise Help

Wow... My friend has unlocked all 18 skins, but she didn't get the achievement! I have checked and rechecked and then checked again, and yep, all the skins are unlocked. Is there something we are missing? Any help would be appreciated - She really wants to even out her achievement score, which is now 24,249...

Try putting one of them on and beat a level, or maybe it is glitched.

i think theres 20 skins...hav u completed the game 100% because u get a valentine skin for 20 gold idols
