Miss-able achievements

Hi, I was wondering if any of the achieves in this game are miss-able or do they all come by just playing through the game as normal, cheers.

Only the explosives book seems to be missable... if you read about how to get it in the guide you should have no problems. Also there is still a mystery about how to get one of the achievements but it is by no means glitched.

The mystery of getting both books was solved, the guide is done with only the battle when you get promoted to 2 Star's name is missing. Yeah I think the only book that you can miss is explosives/firearms, just don't ignore the gossip when it is brought up to your attention.
