Help online

I play as Rock Lee and the farthest I have ever made it was the 4th round, now I usually lose in the second. Can anyone help me become better online, perhaps play customs with me to help me?..or anything to help would be great. Thanks. Also I get randonly disconnected sometimes, whats that all about?
