Fly and Kill Dove

I am stuck on the part where you are flying the dragon and you have to kill the doves or do something with them. I have no clue on what to do or how to kill them. Any help would be nice.

You just have to get close to the dove to kill it. Although due to the small size, there is a problem with depth perception. It's worth practicing catching those doves though, as in one of the later levels the health boost is almost a necessity to survival.
