I know people have either like Comcast or Dish Network or Dish 500. Point is there all similar ( cable sucks though :D )

I live in California, and i have Dish Network and i dont know if anyone else has this but i have eastern channels ( like there built to be eastern like i have Nick West and Nick East) so obviously i have 1 3 hours ahead of the other.

Also some channels are just automaticlly Eastern timed like my Comedy Central is 3 hours ahead of most my friends and my Toon channel is east coast set. Its pretty cool so i dont have to be up at 1 am watching south park and stuff.

Anyone else have this stuff or similar. Oh and my MTV 2 which is channel 160 is set East.

Man, I like the dish network, but I wish I could get cable here. I wouldn't have to have the sattelite dsl, and I could online game like a madman. Anyway, Yeah, although 160 is MTV for me and thank the lord I live on the east coast. I'd hate to sit up just to watch a tv show.

lmao nice. I had comcast when it sucked like it had no tv guide or info you would have to flip through channels to find something there was a freaking paper tv guide that told you what was on. now its more advance but i love dish, but thing about dish when it rains and thunder and high winds it goes out and sometimes it goes out and makes a loud noise and goes to rain black and white on tv and that sucks cause its loud. lol

I like the Dish Network & DIRECTV.

I just was on cable for a while, when I was usually out of town. Now, we have ATT (Uverse, I believe is what it's called). It's a pretty good service. Similar to TiVo functionality.

And I love when you have the East & West channels. I live in MA, so if I miss a show, I can watch it on the West channel.
