Can you use it after you have completed the game?

Edit I have found out how to use it now

You have to go over to the tube with the symboite stuff in it and it gives you an option to change to the black suit

Does this suit change anything, like make spidey stronger. It may be my head lying to me as a Spidey fan but it almost feels...stronger? or something.
I'm guessing that's just my imagination though? :p
