Should I buy this game?

I have found this game in a gameshop and was going to buy it today, thing is I have no idea what its about.
It looks to me like its an RPG but looking at the achievements it might be a beat em up. What is it and how hard and time consuming is it to get achievements?

I was thinking about getting this one as well but judging from the research i've done into the achievements so far this game looks brutal and time consuming. Definitely not an easy boost to gamerscore.....and as Naruto would say "Believe it"

I <3 playing this game, alot of the Naruto fighting games are pretty good imo, i have the ones on the wii/cube/ds, and i enjoy them all, especially this one since u can fight online <3

It is really worth buying if you're a fan of the series or not it is a fun game either way.
