Quicker Way To Achieve 'Katamari Fan'

If you have the DLC Instituto Exaclamundo just go the to Candy Shop stage, get to about 10cm by getting the coins, batteries and a few other small objects in the door frame and exit out. Just in case anyone is tired of listening to the King blabber on the Tutorial stage :)

I wasn't sure if it would work because it was a different way of ending a level and it was a DLC, but it does. Worked for me! :)

I also found a quick way via Shinai Circuit.
Time Attack for the stage only takes about 50 seconds if you go around the outer roads of the city.

The Russian Doll Tire Monsters add a lot quickly.

Pat I finished this last night and this is much quicker than the tutorial level. On average it would take me less than 1 minute 30 seconds per request (from the time I enter the level until the time I reloaded back to Princedom).

Doesn't the Katamari Fan have to be achieved using Normal mode? Time Attacks don't count towards the 100, do they?

It doesn't matter what level you do. Every single time you complete a quest in NORMAL mode , it counts towards the achievement.
