this game has been out since like april in japan and so is [eM] -eNCHANT aRM- there both out in japan

This is not a new concept, this has happenend for years. Depending on which country develops the game has a direct outcome on when the game is released. You American's do okay for yourself's, you have more games available than us brits.

and you guys have even more than us germans... our law forbids games like condemned, dead rising etc.

but as long there is the possibility to import from ur countries, i'll stay here ;)

they are to bloody for the german market. we have a very strict law against many movies and games. even if you are 23 years old, u have to import the games. think about that: we cant even purchase SMASH TV... its not available on the german marketplace. dead rising demo? forget it!
that is why ms decided to NOT bring condemned in the stores. the hardest case was manhunt. its illegal in germany and all copies have been confiscated by the police... strange isn't it?
but on the other hand u get a rating on dead or alive beach volleyball ;)

That is crazy! It's funny that in the US, you have to be 21 to drink alcohol and in Germany you can be a teenager (I'm not sure exactly how old) to drink alcohol. Yet, in Germany, it's illegal to have mature rated games. The world has gone crazy.

By the way, how old do you have to be to buy tobacco products in Germany?

u can drink beer at the age of 16 and the hard stuff at the age of 18. u are allowed to drive at 18 and u can buy cigarretes at the age of 16... some strange things between our countries :)
