with both the game and controller?

I've been to bestbuy, target, walmart, circuit city, and they all have both the guitar and game separate.

THANKS

Local gamestores should have it. If you can't find it, order it online, I know Best Buy and Circuit City have them online.

Those stores you mentioned are probably just sold out of the bundles. I work at Target and my grandma works at Walmart. Both stores have the Guitar Hero 2 bundle. I suggest to just buy the Guitar Hero 3 bundle and buy the Guitar Hero 2 game by it's self afterwards. Guitar Hero 3 is much better then Guitar Hero 2 anyways.

amazon.com should have it, seeing as how they have gh3 when nobody else does

Fucking blasphemy. Guitar Hero 2 was leagues better than 3. I stopped playing GH3 after about a week because of how boring it was. Not to mention the shitty setlist. GH2 or Rock Band is where it's at. Hell even GH1 and Encore were better. Fuck Activision.

I love the reasoning for why it sucked was that it was boring when, you know, it was essentially the same game.

Anyways, if you're interested in GH3, I'd buy that bundle and pick up GH2 separately. The guitar that's packaged in with GH3, the Les Paul, is leagues better than the Xplorer that came bundled with GH2, if for no other reason than the Xplorer is wired.

I would check gamestop or EB Games..they always seem to have every rhythm game ever made..

I like 3 because I enjoy the set list and I like the songs better when it's the actual singing instead of a recorded version of the song. I personally, will eventually buy all 3 to have them all because they all have their good songs.

From what I heard, the Encore one is completely fucking horrible. But, that's just from word of mouth....

That's part of the problem though. They didn't try anything new. They made a shiny version of GH2 with a crap guitar, bad songs, and shitty note detection. Not to mention the songs were mapped out poorly imo.

I've played Encore and it's not shitty. It has good songs and it's fun like GH2.

I guess I'll have to try it then. Like I said before, never played it, just heard different things about it.
