Xbox LIVE Problems

Hey, I dont know if u guys noticed this but I have some problems with LIVE on a time. When its over here 20:30 (GMT+1). The server starts lagging like hell and on COD4 yesterday i coundn't connect to anything. Its not only me but my friends too if we were in a party(I wasn't the host). And I was trying to get a achievement with a guy from here, with the game Carcassonne we tried to connect each other on ranked but we can't find each other. In the begin of the evening we connected onces but when it was 0:00 the game stopped searching.. He didn't saw any servers. We tried to make a server and that wasn't even possible.
I hope u guys have some awnser's
